Very poor customer service After I purchased my 2016 Hyundai Elantra in September, I left my old Honda at the dealership since I did not trade it in. My salesperson, Napoleon sa After I purchased my 2016 Hyundai Elantra in September, I left my old Honda at the dealership since I did not trade it in. My salesperson, Napoleon said that would be fine. When I went to pick it up 2 weeks later the GM had it towed. I spoke to him and my salesperson and they said they couldn't do anything. By the time I found out it had been towed and contacted the towing company, it cost me $510 to get it out of impound. It would of cost me over $900 but the towing company was sympathetic and since I did not even know it had been towed they only charged me the $510. Now the dealership that I have to do service with won't even return my calls or emails. More

Not honest people They are not trust worthy to their word.
