They told me that if I bought a car (that I did not want) that I could come back in six months and trade for the car I wanted, if I make the payments on time. Did they do the figures? Of course! Did they know the price of the car I wanted? Of course! Did they know the price of the car they sold me? Of course! Payments were made on time. Now, they will not honor the deal they made. I was assured several times that I could come back and make the trade for the vehicle that I wanted! They will not honor their word. I am now driving a car that I did not want. Wow what a great experience Southern States Automotive has a great way of doing business. They listen, their up front and honest. They joke and make you feel comfortable with the entire process. Kay Greer was my sales person, Alex was the finance person. Both were awesome. Kay made me feel not like a person buying a car, but like one of her own children making my first big purchase. Alex was patient and explained things to me. Kay stayed attentive and kind even after the ink was dry and the sale was done. When it's time for a new car. I plan to choose this dealership and I hope that they are right there so I can have the best experience once again. No buyers remorse because they let you choose and there is no pressure to buy. I am proud of my purchase and very pleased with my experience. More

We bought a new car. We wanted to use our old NC tag and have it re-registered. SS really messed up the title processing. Had to get new tag and trek to DMV to turn in my old tag. This might not be surprising about a car dealer, but they flat out lied to us. We were told that the car we were buying was a program car, driven by an Hyundai employee. It turns out the car was a rental c flat out lied to us. We were told that the car we were buying was a program car, driven by an Hyundai employee. It turns out the car was a rental car, owned by Hertz. We only found this out by calling Hyundai about a year later after numerous problems, that we are still experiencing today, with the car. We will be trading in, and not to another Hyundai, and definately not to this dealership. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. More
