Incredible We were looking for our fourth Subaru in 8 years, having bought 3 from the same dealership. We felt we owed it to ourselves to shop some to be sure our loyalty to our long-term dealership was paying off. After a few visits and many emails, things were wonky with our legacy dealer. We send emails and Made appointments with another local dealership that didn’t go well (seemed to be too busy to keep the appointment), and finally went to Southern States unannounced at random. We were greeted by Lester Li, and things moved quickly from explaining what we wanted and expected to a deal that met our needs. One month of visits and emails, haggling with a dealership that sold us 3 cars; roughly an hour with no appointment and Southern States sold us our 4th Subaru. That speaks volumes. Low pressure, no BS situation, and Lester follows up and communicates without fault. Exceptional delivery experience, and everything just felt “right” here. If yo want a Subaru, go see Lester. This dealership understands customer service and doesn’t base their attitude on volume. More

Bait and switch I have documentation, from the dealer, for everything I am about to write. One of the sales people and I came to a deal on a new vehicle that included my trade in. 30 seconds before I was set to pay a deposit securing the deal, the price magically went up by $3,000. Not $32, not $132, but $3,000. I spoke to the GM and he wouldn't even look into it. He ultimately had his lawyer contact me. That is not an argument I'm going to win despite my overwhelming evidence of a deal. Stay away. There are plenty of places you can buy a car from. You don't need this type of a headache. More

Dealer offered a very competitive and fair offer on a 2018 Subaru Forester, without the usual games or gimmicks! Cameron spent almost 1 hour with my son in explaining the operation of electronics and safety systems. Staff was always there to open doors for us and to offer water, snacks etc. We were even taken on a tour of the service department. Sean, Manager, gave his contact information and encouraged us to call with any questions. We offer the highest recommendation to this dealership! More

They don't want to sell cars. Came in tonight oct 14th around 5:30pm looking to buy a new WRX STI (not a cheap car) was met buy a car sales man (heavy set guy with a bad tattoo on Came in tonight oct 14th around 5:30pm looking to buy a new WRX STI (not a cheap car) was met buy a car sales man (heavy set guy with a bad tattoo on his left arm) while looking at one. Right off the bat he was rude. We said we were looking for a WR blue one, right off the bat he laughed and said good luck in a demeaning tone (we ignored it) after that we asked to test drive one before we got down to the nitty and gritty with the sale. He immediately said NO "NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO TEST DRIVE A STI" which was fine, so we asked to drive the lower model WRX he said sure AFTER we run your credit. We were appalled by his attitude and left asap. Went over to Johnson Subaru in Cary, not only did Joe over there let us drive a STI, they had a WR blue one on the way being delivered in NOV so we bought through them. Stay AWAY from Southern State they are a bunch of idiots. More
Almost bought from them They seems very good and professional. Test drove a 2015 Outback. But they really didnt bend on MSRP plus a little too low for my trade. Didnt try to talk me into anything. I would buy from them in the future if circumstances were right. I ended up buying a 2016 Outback with a very good discount from CrossCreek. Donnie Jackson was an excellent salesman to work with though. More
