Communication was terrible. .only time got updated was if I called. Take car to a VWdealer to have repaired by certified VW technicians and was not repaired…picked car up 2weeks .only time got updated was if I called. Take car to a VWdealer to have repaired by certified VW technicians and was not repaired…picked car up 2weeks later with car running because the ABS module was unplugged. Was told multiple stories on repair when all reality my car hadn’t even been looked at. None of the other electrical component issues were addressed(radio, horn, electrical switches, etc). I paid and picked up car to take to another repair shop to have work completed. Just thought taking car to dealer would have received better service and car repaired correctly first time. More
