I have not purchased a new car since 2000. Hugh made the experience very low pressure and I appreciated that. I really appreciate that he and his manager Misha looks so hard to try to find the color that I wanted with features. I always felt that he was straightforward and I never got the impression that he had anything up his sleeve that he wasn’t revealing to me or holding back on me on anything.
