I came in one morning with a dying battery. Could have gone to Advance Auto, but something told me to go to the guys at STN of NRV. Glad I did. Had I not, I would have not know that my radia Could have gone to Advance Auto, but something told me to go to the guys at STN of NRV. Glad I did. Had I not, I would have not know that my radiator needed replacing. Preston actually noticed it. The gentleman(men) replaced my battery and got me a couple quotes on a new radiator. They were able to get me in before my family left for the beach and also under what was quoted. These people are the absolute best! I am never made to feel stupid or treated as a "typical female". They have always gone out of their way to assist me and my family without our vehicles. Have never "found" or "created" a separate problem with any of the vehicles. More
