I normally have an amazing experience at this center. This time not so much….the technicians that do the work on the car, keep putting my hubcaps on wrong when I get my tires rotated. I pay extra to get This time not so much….the technicians that do the work on the car, keep putting my hubcaps on wrong when I get my tires rotated. I pay extra to get this done. I have had to get a valve stem replaced because of this and now one of my tire pressure sensors was broke off. I have made this issue known several times to them. On the hubcap, there is a place where the valve stem needs to go, they just put them on and mash the stems under the cap. This time I was charged $89.50 for a diagnostic test, to check why my tire pressure light was on. They had already broke down the tire and knew the sensor was broken. And I was charged a $3 tire disposal fee! For what?? They didn’t keep my tire, I drove home with it on my car! I was very disappointed. I really don’t think I will get my tires rotated there anymore, I will pay an individual to do right. I will continue to have my oil changes and inspections there. More
