Car was set for next oil chg to be in 3 hundred miles causing maintenance warning to come on. I had to cut a trip because of this. Preston was so kind when I pulled in and got my vehicle right in to get serviced. I also asked if they could check something that was rattling under the hood and he said sure. When my car was done, Preston right in to get serviced. I also asked if they could check something that was rattling under the hood and he said sure. When my car was done, Preston came in let me know they fixed the loose panel in my car and left some tire prices for me because mine were a little worn out. He was the kindest service rep and I will always come back to work with him. More
