My experience with the dealership in Christiansburg has been excellent. They have always notified me about issues and treated me fairly. They are also great at letting me know when my vehicles are done. Th been excellent. They have always notified me about issues and treated me fairly. The only complaint I have is not against them but when I called this past time to schedule for my SUV to be fixed (they had called about the part being in) I got someone not at the Christiansburg location. They were rude to me and it was very frustrating to schedule the appointment. The person kept asking me what part they were installing. I told them I wasn't sure what it was called (the guys had told me but I didn't memorize it) and I said it should be in my file. I would highly suggest bringing the service scheduling back to Christiansburg as they always treated you as a person (when they answered they called me by name as I was calling from the number on file) and was informed on what you might need. I have purchased two new cars from there (2019 and 2022) and I only want to purchase from someone who cares like these guys do! More
