While traveling for work, the adjustment mechanism on my driver's seat malfunctioned. I'm short, so I desperately need to be able to adjust the seat to drive safely and comfortably. I am so impressed with Preston in the service department. My air conditioner was was out and Preston recognized the urgency and worked me in so I could resolve my situation.
