My car was scheduled for warranty covered faulty part replacement. They had my car for 2 and a half days, released my car back to me and then my service advisor called to tell me the part had never been replacement. They had my car for 2 and a half days, released my car back to me and then my service advisor called to tell me the part had never been replaced and was still on the shelf with my name on it. My family has been a customer of this dealership for almost 15 years and they have gone down hill over the past few in dealings with their service department. More

I brought my car in and the first day they ubered me home and then kept it overnight. I came back the next day and after I drove away my car wouldn't go so they had to come rescue me and give me a rental car and then kept it overnight. I thought some of the services recommended were aggressively marketed without enough explanation. Services were expensive. I watched the mechanic run my vehicle up onto the curb after I had just paid for an alignment which was pretty annoying. Overall was my worst visit by far, I am a repeat customer but now reconsidering visiting in the future. More
