Good visit no complaints There was no waiting and I was told ahead of time my oil change would take about 1 1/2 hours and that's how long it took. Also, I had my granddaughter There was no waiting and I was told ahead of time my oil change would take about 1 1/2 hours and that's how long it took. Scheduled Maintenance - Less waiting time than expected I had made an appointment and I was initially planning on dropping it off,. Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to change plans and wait while the I had made an appointment and I was initially planning on dropping it off,. Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to change plans and wait while the car was being serviced. The person who was taking care of me (Wes) made sure my vehicle maintenance was complete that same morning (possibly three and a half hours wait). The vehicle maintenance was complete and ready for delivery within two and a half hours instead. Great customer service. More
