Any way took in for service took a couple of tries to fix it. Seems to be working fine now .Tim Champion is the best has always looked out for me. They do what they are allowed to Basically I had a few issues with my 6 month old GTI that needed to be taken care of so I decided to take it in under warranty. Everything was covered Basically I had a few issues with my 6 month old GTI that needed to be taken care of so I decided to take it in under warranty. Everything was covered. But there was distortion in my radio head unit screen so they replaced it but didnt put all the wiring back to how it was. I have a subwoofer and amplifier hooked up in my car so there are RCA cables running to the back of the unit to give the subs connection to the audio. For those of you who don't know what those cables are just imagine on an old school tv how you'd hook up a nintendo youd have a red, white and yellow wire. RCA cables are the same except there are only two of them rather than 3 because they are a left and right audio cable but unlike for the tv setup there is no video cable. I'm pleased with the work they did. It wasn't too much trouble to fix the things I brought it in for but the fact that their tech pulled my after market warranty apart and didn't put it back together bothers me. 3 stars for average. Because they don't go above and beyond. More

Great Service Center experience Tim was polite and friendly. He knew exactly what he was talking about and the recommendations were right on the spot. He was not trying to sell me anything, especially, before servicing the car I told him exactly why I was there. He got me in out of there quickly. He originally quoted a wait time of about 2 hours but I was out of there in less than an hour. Truly a professional service adviser! More
