VOLKSWAGON CC Repair I have been with the VlkswagonW family for over 20 years. I have had my current car a Volkswagon CC for over 8 years now. I get all major work done at the Volkswagon dealership. We are not like family, we ARE family. I trust them when they diagnose problems and and their prices are reasonable. I have rarely had problems with my car. I took it in for an oil leak and fuel injector misfiring. The car is good to go once again. More

Great Customer Service Service Department folks very exacting in making sure my '03 is running well. Wes and Tim also were my hero's - I had accidentally dropped my wallet o Service Department folks very exacting in making sure my '03 is running well. Wes and Tim also were my hero's - I had accidentally dropped my wallet on the floor near the Cashier's window and it was found by Tim and Wes texted me to let me know the wallet was at the Cashier's Office. Yeah!!! Wes was also helpful in ordering a new gas cap for the '03, the original plastic tether on the gas cap had seen better days and had expired - now I can pump gas without worry that I'll drop/lose/forget the gas cap that I've had to place either on the back window of the vehicle or on the top of the gas pump. More
