However it's not perfect all the time they lack consistency. I expect the same service and the same quality of service every time I walk through the doors. There job is to provide a service and do it right. Now I'm being punished, and when I say punished, I have to take time out of my schedule to go back to the deanship and have something fixed that was suppose to be done at the original visit. That's where I get upset about consistency. The best part of my visit was Ryan, he was great! Very helpful and professional! More

No Southern Hospitality Unfortunately, so far with my new vehicle that I purchased from this dealership I have had to bring in my vehicle several times for various servicing. Unfortunately, so far with my new vehicle that I purchased from this dealership I have had to bring in my vehicle several times for various servicing. Most recently to fill my coolant tank. Not a big deal except I just had my oil changed and fluid levels checked there a 2-3 weeks ago. There is no leak. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much if while I was inconvenienced again by going to the service center I had to bring my kids. I did the best I could with them and they actually did pretty well, however one of the associates decided to walk down the hallway caring her precious coffee and stops to fuss at my kids for noise. How dare she be put out. All she has to do is process paperwork behind the cashiers desk. So much for Southern Hospitality. More
