Customer service I thought the representative (Timothy) handling my services was superb.. However the company as a whole was not the best.. I was not offered a loaner while my car was being serviced..I don't know if they offer that service but being an established company I'd think it would be offered and... Then when my vehicle was ready to be picked up I had to catch an Uber to pick my car up.. Which was another inconvenience..I just think customer service should be a number one priority and I didn't get that experience from the company... More

LOU ROSARIO IS THE #1 SELLER!!!!! I am a true Volkswagen diver and Lou has gotten me into 3 other Volkswagen's Mr. Rosario knows how to sell cars and placed me into another Jetta. Lou did not even know that I was coming up to the dealership and I was actually trying to get my 2016 Jetta inspected when Mr. Farley saw me drive up and he asked me when was I going to get another car, and I said I will find Lou which was not in his office at this time, then I said that I would find him. Once I found Mr. Rosario I had told him what Mr. Farley asked me and then Lou said lets get you into a new car and the rest is history. Lou performed his magic once again. I have been dealing with Lou for a very long time and I will continue to let Lou provide me with my automotive needs. Mr. Farley and his team are amazing and everyone worked together and now I am driving a 2019 Jetta!!!!! I am happy and now I will come and work at the dealership with all these guys. Lou is the man. Brakes make noise when pressed. 2016 VW Passat - When we used the breaks, there is a squeaky noise that is very noticeable and annoying. I would have liked to have not waited on two separate occasions since I have a busy work schedule. I could not be provided a rental car even if/when my warranty included a rental car. I waited for two hours in the morning to have the diagnostic done and then return in the afternoon once the parts arrived and wait for approximately 2 hours for the work to be completed. That was at least hours of my time wasted. That's a big chuck of my work schedule taken away. More
