Came in for a VA annual inspection. Arrived around 8 am ( your work starts at 7am)...so I expected a long wait as there were probably several customers ahead of me. It sat there Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday, and Friday The key immobilizer started killing the engine. We towed the vehicle in on Wednesday. It sat there Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday, and Friday. The key was reprogrammed on Saturday, however then the dealer called and informed us they wanted to keep the car until Monday to make sure the reprogramming was satisfactory. The dealer graciously waived the computer diagnosis fee for the repair. I clearly recognize first come, first served, but xxxx, get real! More
