i had to get my engine and timing belt rechecked Andrew the service attendant was both encouraging and helpful in making sure that my concerns were attended to.. I was given a car while my car was being repaired. He always gave an updated and timely report every time I checked in. . Because the error was Volkswagen's I was not charged. 3 hour wait with appointment I really wish if the service dept was busy, there wouldn’t be any open time slots on their online scheduler I scheduled for 8am and did not see them s I really wish if the service dept was busy, there wouldn’t be any open time slots on their online scheduler I scheduled for 8am and did not see them start working on my car until 10am while I was waiting. People walked In after me and left before me. All I needed was an oil change and a tire rotation. I waited 3 hours for this and I watched the guy who did it. He only took one hour to complete it all and he was taking his sweet time while doing it. He didn’t know I was watching. They open at 7. I went in at 8 and left past 11:15. Also every other dealer gives me a complimentary car wash and this place didn’t even offer it. Unacceptable. More
