I placed an order for a new tire and needed it installed on a wheel. I brought my wheel to the service desk where Joe helped me to the parts counter. I spoke with the young woman and she insured my tire wil on a wheel. I brought my wheel to the service desk where Joe helped me to the parts counter. They next day I called for an update and was told that they don’t have record of me coming in and they can’t find my wheel. After waiting for another day I called and was told my tire was ready. I would appreciate a little more professionalism from this dealership. More

Didn’t order part when I told them too. Was late fixing the car. Had a tech not show up and had no clue about it. Did not solve my issue.
