Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. as promised, I will look into the crack in the windshield on the courtesy loaner vehicle that you were driving while your vehicle was in our shop. Once I review the vehicle and pre-delivery pictures to try and pinpoint the time of the windshield cracking, I will call/text you tomorrow 5/22/2024 as we discussed. I will also check to see if there was any defects in the glass or an impact point on the windshield as you requested. As always, it was a pleasure to speak to you. Chat again tomorrow. The service advisors are very helpful. Hardest part is these vehicles have a lot of software bugs that are hard to bring in and troubleshoot. VW needs some updates. More
