The dealership charged my insurance company for a repair they never completed and will not respond to me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they claim they are "looking into it. " This has been over 2 w they never completed and will not respond to me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they claim they are "looking into it. Service Department I cannot speak for the sales department but the service department of this dealership is pathetic. While on vacation in VA beach with my 11 month old I cannot speak for the sales department but the service department of this dealership is pathetic. While on vacation in VA beach with my 11 month old, my certified pre-owned 2015 passat broke down due to a bad alternator. After bringing to the dealership I was told that it was only a bad battery. After taking the battery to an auto shop nearby they assured the battery was NOT bad. After I drove back to Greenbrier, the mechanic threw his hands in the air at me because he simply did not want to do the work. Fast forward two weeks: I'm back home in SC (drove the rental car home 7 hours) and have now gotten a call saying that the dealership terminated my rental because they have a loaner vehicle in VA for me. After explaining that I do not live in VA they still will not make arrangements for me to have a car. The part that they ordered for my car has no ETA and could take months to come in. Being a solo parent with an 11-month-old, this just isn't ideal for our situation. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. This place is sketchy. More

Service department is great! Was there for far less time than anticipated. I appreciated that they let me know in advance how long it could possibly be but in the end it didn’t take as long and I was on my than anticipated.
