Customers are not a priority I had a 2:15pm appointment to get an oil change. I also decided to get a tire rotation and was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. That seemed a little bit long since I had an appointment but I noticed around 4pm my car was coming off the lift and appeared to be done. A few minutes later it was driven out to the parking lot and I waited another 20 minutes. I finally asked the sales manager about the status of my car. He said he was sorry for the delay and was finishing up the paperwork. I'm not sure what was more important than printing up my bill or why it took 20 minutes to do it because he never explained. Also, I asked about resetting my tire air sensors and was told it would have to be taken to a GM dealership. I found out that all I had to do was push and hold the reset button in my infotainment system. Not a very knowledgeable sales manager you've got there. One more thing whoever changed my oil didn't bother to reset the oil change indicator to 100% probably didn't know how. Since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, I will get complimentary oil changes and vehicle inspections but will not be using Greenbrier VW. My next oil change will be at another dealership in the Southern auto group. More

When I make an appointment at other Southern dealerships, I get a state inspection, oil change, and tires rotated in 45 minutes. If you bring your vehicle here expect to wait 2 hours or more. More
Horrible experience I purchased a car for my son on a Sat. I dropped the car off the following Monday to have it inspected. I thought it was going to take 1 day but it in I purchased a car for my son on a Sat. I dropped the car off the following Monday to have it inspected. I thought it was going to take 1 day but it instead took 4 days. I was told constantly the service department is behind and several other excuses. After waiting 4 days I finally got the car back on Thursday night. The very following Monday I was right back at the shop again because the check engine light is right back on even though it was supposedly fixed when they kept it fo 4 days. A manager in the sales department said to leave the car and they will deliver it back to me since I was complaining about the constant drive over her to the shop since I live a hour away. I told him absolutely not! My son hasn’t driven his car for 3 days because they have had it at the shop since I purchased it. I spent over 3 hours sitting at the shop so they could fix the same problem that should have been fixed when they kept it for the 4 days. Sales manager and service manager apologized but that didn’t change the fact I’ve spent my whole day off at a shop and missed my doctor appointment that I had that day. Very disappointed with this whole process with the service center. Only highlight was John the salesman. He was great and did all he could to assist me and he understood my frustration. I stopped so many people asking for updates and I don’t know any of their names. More
