Cannot do any better Came in to get a second key for my car. I was immediately greeted and quickly taken through the process of checking in. I was able to sit in a very Came in to get a second key for my car. I was immediately greeted and quickly taken through the process of checking in. I was able to sit in a very comfortable area and read or watch TV while I waited. The service manager kept me informed, and I was out of there with my key all programmed just as promised. I saw a number of the sales people who worked with me when I got my car, and they were all happy to see me and find out how I liked it. Really, you can't do any better than Southern Volkswagen. More

Scheduled an appointment after being told to come back Came to dealer for regular maintenance and told to make appointment as it will not take as long, I did and came in early just to find out that I had t Came to dealer for regular maintenance and told to make appointment as it will not take as long, I did and came in early just to find out that I had to wait for 4 hours to complete an oil service. 2nd time this has happen. Been going here since 2011 and this place service is getting worse. Do not think I would buy again. More

Very slow! It took them 2 1/2 hours to tell me that my check engine light was on due to “bad fuel” and that I needed to add premium and to fill up one tire to th It took them 2 1/2 hours to tell me that my check engine light was on due to “bad fuel” and that I needed to add premium and to fill up one tire to the right PSI. It was the biggest waste of time. I would have rather went somewhere else. People around me that were just getting vehicle inspections had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours as well. Their service is slow and they will try and suck every penny that you have. Go somewhere else. Just a heads up, We all had appointments that day. There were no walk ins so they need to do better at scheduling appointments. More
