Waited sooo long I had an appointment at 7:45 for an oil change. I arrived a bit early and they took the car in. I sat in the waiting room for two hours. Two hours. Cannot do any better Came in to get a second key for my car. I was immediately greeted and quickly taken through the process of checking in. I was able to sit in a very comfortable area and read or watch TV while I waited. The service manager kept me informed, and I was out of there with my key all programmed just as promised. I saw a number of the sales people who worked with me when I got my car, and they were all happy to see me and find out how I liked it. Really, you can't do any better than Southern Volkswagen. More
