Big thanks to Coby Hanks for getting my Jeep diagnosed within a few hrs., communicated with "Jeep Wave" and had me in a rental within a few hours, and I was on my way. The right cylinder head was replaced within a few hrs., communicated with "Jeep Wave" and had me in a rental within a few hours, and I was on my way. The right cylinder head was replaced on day 2 and Jeep was ready by day 3!! Thankfully everything was covered under the Powertrain Warranty . Hope I never need service again....but if I do, I will definitely know where to go Thank you Coby and Southfork Service Dept. More
