We live in Dallas, but found this car online and knew she would love it. We called and offered a fair (but good deal for us) price for the vehicle and there was no run around. Just a, "Yes, we can do that." The experience over email and the phone was very positive and we felt comfortable that our time would be well spent driving to Houston and back for this vehicle. Monica kept in touch with us to ensure we felt comfortable with the deal. When we arrived in Houston, the car was exactly as described online and in the pictures and was very clean and detailed. The purchase was able to be completed quickly and we were on our way in just a few hours. I drove the car home and it drives very well. I am actually surprised now that Ben was able to work out the deal for our offer because, after driving it home, I think we got a better deal than I realized at the time. Monica even took some pictures of us with the car and emailed them to me so I wouldn't take them on my phone where my daughter may accidentally see them. After we surprised our daughter with the car on her 16th birthday, I was able to send the video of the reveal and pics too. Monica, even though it is a holiday week, responded almost immediately and was overjoyed to see how happy Kaylynn was. This really is a perfect car for her and we are so happy with our purchase. It was a great experience. I was shocked I had to leave DFW to get what we wanted, but, with the service and the deal we were given, I do not regret it. Everyone one we encountered, were absolutely a joy and took great care of us. More
