The front receptionist was amazing let me start there. HOWEVER, our sales man, Albert, started talking politics within 5 minutes of us sitting down. My experience was AMAZING from beginning to end! I am so happy with my purchase and would 100% recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a dodge, Chrysler, ram or jeep! I called them and got connected with Patrick from internet sales. I told him what I was looking for and he mentioned that they didn’t currently have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but he searched and found it at a sister lot! He told me that if it wasn’t what I wanted, he could extend the search. This immediately put me at ease because I already knew that they would find me exactly what I wanted and not pressure me to settle with what they had so I made an appt for that same day. I went in for my appt and was immediately greeted by Aaron, who became our salesman. Aaron was so nice and also hilarious! This was my first car purchase and I was nervous, but he was so nice and helpful that it really made the experience a breeze! He explained everything to me and made the process so easy! Him and James were an excellent team and made sure that I was getting the car I wanted and worked to get me the best deal and they did just that! We finished all the paperwork work that day, including finance.
