PLEASE do NOT go here! The customer service I received was HORRIBLE. After you tell the sales person what you’re able to afford on a 2019 (5,700 miles) vehicle, they still tell you what they know is HARD was HORRIBLE. After you tell the sales person what you’re able to afford on a 2019 (5,700 miles) vehicle, they still tell you what they know is HARD for you to do. They approach with a sheet of paper AFTER they run your credit and give you VERY DIFFICULT terms 3000+ down payments and MORE! Maybe you all that has posted about your experience being good went on a sunny day because TODAY was NOT it. Plus I WILL NEVER RETURN and each person I encounter seeking a vehicle, I will be sure to refer them to the FORD dealership next door because they gave EXCEPTIONAL service!! After expressing my concerns to the salesman, she went to get her sales manager which was the heavy set Hispanic (MIGUEL) which made the situation even worse. Once he walked over, he did NOT greet me and my sibling, secondly he sat down with a attitude and after noticing his attitude, I caught a attitude and expressed my concerns about wasting people time if they KNEW the deal could NOT be done. After speaking, he walked a away and did NOT try to further assist or fix the issue! He was VERY VERY rude and even attempted to walk back towards me and my sibling in a THREATENING manner making me and her feel VERY uncomfortable after I said to her that “he would remember this experience”. Please guys! Do NOT go here! I am warning you all!!!! More
