I wanted to express my disappointment with my experience today with salesman Blake at the Manvel, Texas location. My boyfriend is a first time buyer and new to the car buying process. He has been pre appro today with salesman Blake at the Manvel, Texas location. My boyfriend is a first time buyer and new to the car buying process. He has been pre approved through his bank and came prepared with a letter of proof. Blake was pushy, aggressive, and unprofessional. We explained our personal situation of what we could afford and were prepared to offer. Blake insisted his 2 years of experience gave him his expertise and he knew better. He tried to scare/bully my boyfriend into a vehicle by insisting our bank was pushing us into a $1300 car payment, when in fact we discussed everything with our bank and already knew what our payments were based on our deposit and loan amount. I am truly upset about our experience. Blake is the reason car salesman have the bad reputation they have for being shady. We will not ever buy a car from y’all in the future. More
