My Southfork Experience! Walking into Southfork, it was like I had known these guys for years. Not just one, but EVERY employee I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, warm Walking into Southfork, it was like I had known these guys for years. Not just one, but EVERY employee I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, warm, and the most important - genuine. It was a no-brainer off the bat. My sales representative, Albert, was first and foremost patient. He had the luxury of communicating with my aunt whom isn’t the easiest to deal with by any means and at not one time did Albert even flinch. He rolled with it all like an absolute champion and would respond with FACTS which my aunt and I couldn’t help but truly appreciate. It was as fluid of a “let’s find a price and get you in that bad boy” as anyone shopping for their first, second, or third car could ever imagine. Albert Woods was on our side from the get-go and I won’t be attending any other dealership outside of Southfork from now on. Please do yourself a favor and go see this guy if you’re a fan of zero pressure and zero passive aggressiveness. In addition, the woman I was financed by - RULA! Wow, what an absolute gem of a lady. When you think of someone who’s kind, sweet, and also deals out FACTS..... look no further. She wanted the best for us and we received exactly that - nothing less.
