Top Notch Customer Service I am updating a previous review. I had previously been dealt some poor customer service, but that has more than been taken care of. I was contacted I am updating a previous review. I had previously been dealt some poor customer service, but that has more than been taken care of. I was contacted by the store director just a few hours after writing my previous, poor review. He stated to me that he takes every review, good or bad, very seriously, and wanted to know what he could do to make it right. Unfortunately, he didn't know about the lack of communication I had previously dealt with from one of his subordinates. He said he would take care of that, and has worked very diligently to make me happy ever since. We still haven't made a deal, but that's a personal issue that does not reflect his hard work. His customer service is top notch, and he really cares about obtaining repeat customers. I would recommend this dealership based on their customer service! More
