We decided we wanted to get him a very dependable vehicle since dad will not be near if he should have any problems. We went to Southfork on Saturday to look at the inventory. Richard Wyant was the salesman that assisted us at the time but we were unable to commit due to not being completely sure what vehicle we wanted to get him so we got Richards contact info and told him we would be in touch. Mind you, at any other dealership you would have been hounded and leaving would be a difficult task. That definately was not the case here. Very professional and no hassle. We decided to return the following Wednesday. When we arrived Richard had a customer so he put us in the very capable hands of Albert Woods. Albert was also a non-pressure salesman that was very caring and was there to make sure we were very happy and to find us the vehicle we wanted. Heath Powell was the person in charge of getting us the best deal possible which was exactly what he did! We cannot thank him enough for getting us into this beautiful car without all the sales back and forth crap you have to deal with at other dealerships that work on commission. Alex Tarantino who I believe is the branch manager made us feel like one of the family and didn't treat us like a number. No one at this dealership made us feel that was at all. Manny who was in the finance dept took great time and care to explain all the options available to make sure our purchase was totally protected. We had stopped on a Saturday and talked to Richard and he was very helpful but we were not ready to purchase that day. We returned on Wednesday and Richard was dealing with another customer and he introduced us to Albert who we cannot say enough great things about. He was very helpful in finding the car that fit our needs. We then had the opportunity to talk to Alex and Heath and both were great to deal with and made us an offer that we could not resist. Went to the finance dept and Manny was helpful and caring person to deal with. All the people we talked to had a genuine compassion to really take care of you and were up front with all details. This purchase was for our son who is getting ready to graduate from basic in the air force and these people made the buying experience a fun and enjoyable one!
