However, the experience today with Bobby, Jordan and Alex at Southfork Jeep was probably my best car buying experience. From the moment I walked in, there was ZERO pressure. Bobby listened to the things that were important to me, discussed the benefits of doing business with Southfork, found the exact Jeep that met my needs, and reached a price that was more than fair. During the process, Alex stopped-by to meet me, ensure my needs were being met, and further explain the benefits of buying at their dealership. Again, NO PRESSURE was ever felt. Jordan, in the F&I department, continued the no pressure approach and worked diligently to meet the rate I had from my credit union. He nailed it. Here’s where they went above and beyond...I was running short on time but my wife and I wanted to surprise our son, as it was his 16th birthday this week. Bobby suggested that he DELIVER the jeep to my home, over 30 miles away. We were able to capture his excitement as Bobby pulled-in the driveway. Richard Wyant, good person, our sales rep, we started communication via email & text, for 2 weeks told him what we wanted, what predicament we were in with our Mini Cooper, we were upside down with equity, this man stayed true to his word. Told us he will make this work. Told us he would get us into a TrailHawk, he got together with his manager, made a deal where my wife and myself were happy with the terms. Believe me, I am not big on car dealershipd, Richard made the experience painless as possible, SouthFolk Dodge stood behind him on the deal he made.
