Service work for a Tahoe 30 days old We got a Tahoe 2016 sales and finance was good experience. Now time for service after 2 weeks we experienced a shake at highway speeds, return for ser We got a Tahoe 2016 sales and finance was good experience. Now time for service after 2 weeks we experienced a shake at highway speeds, return for service and balance tires not a problem fixed. I got a email from Onstar telling me I need to have my car checked at a Chevrolet dealership so I did and I'm over the mileage warranty that's not a problem because I purchased the electronics warranty (extra cost) that morning I called the dodge place and was setting up a time to have it looked at but I was told that's not covered it's a added accessory I then i said no it's not it comes with the Tahoe, I then said I'm not arguing over the phone about it I'm on my way in . After arguing they said they will pay the 88$ to get it checked by Chevrolet dealership because they're a dodge dealership and if it's programming or a download it's on me . The next morning I dropped it off to be checked and at 11:30am they found out it's the antenna that's broken so I called the dodge place to get there approval to fix it and again a discussion about if there going to pay I ask him to let me know because we need our car back today. 30 minutes later I called the sales manager and he got it approved cool right wrong. At 12:30 I call to check on my car and he has not called to approve it just phone tag (1 missed call and a email from him that didn't approve it) .at 1:30 we called 6 times and was getting voicemails from everyone at the dodge place and finally got through at around 2pm we had to give him the number again to call and approve it . Picked up our car and the parts guy said he was rude when he called to approve it . What's going to happen when something major happens find a loophole to get out of fixing it I'm hoping I'm wrong and it was just a bad day or something for the Service guy today. I didn't list any names unless you want them . The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it got fixed PS I had to apologize to the nice service guy at the Chevrolet dealership for going through everything that happened today. More
