Warranty description requiring oil changes every 5,000 miles using up free oil changes was not required. Appointments and schedule timing would not work on the last attempted oil change. We were told to call the warranty department for approval to use a local shop. We were told by the warranty department that oil changes are only required every 10,000 miles??? Free oil changes are now used up at 15,000 miles instead of at 30,000. More
