My experience with Noah good, he was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. When my truck finally arrived, I picked it up then discovered it was missing some minor pins that the bed extension knowledgeable and friendly. When my truck finally arrived, I picked it up then discovered it was missing some minor pins that the bed extension attaches to (something missed at the factory). Not a big deal, but took too long to get it resolved. I sent pictures of what was missing, but could not get anybody to understand what was needed. Finally it was resolved after several phone calls. I was frustrated that no one really took the time to look closely at the info I sent, which easily explained what was missing. Otherwise very happy with my new truck. More

I scheduled an appointment a week ago to have my brake caliper checked and some wiring issue. I came today and was told you could not provide the service unless I leave my vehicle there for a few weeks. A caliper checked and some wiring issue. I came today and was told you could not provide the service unless I leave my vehicle there for a few weeks. And was told there was no rental car available. This is all I have to drive. I bought my vehicle at Southfork and have the extended warranty as well. Definitely not happy! More
