I want my Jeep back Southfork CDJ! It has now been over a month since I dropped off my 2020 Wrangler for the engine to be completely replaced. Keep in mind that I only had the Jeep for It has now been over a month since I dropped off my 2020 Wrangler for the engine to be completely replaced. Keep in mind that I only had the Jeep for 6 weeks prior to the engine light turning on. I understand that it takes time to get parts shipped. However, the main issue is their customer service. If something is delayed, either parts or service, you should call me and let me know AND return my messages. This has been a horrible experience. More
