I am NOT a frequent reviewer but feel compelled to share about my almost brand new purchase. The philosophy behind the "no commission" selling strategy really hit home for me. It promotes team work and unifies the staff so the consumer receives the ultimate benefit. Lee Torres was so calm and easy to work with during the purchase process. This worked great for me as it offset my intense anticipation of a truly agonizing process. This is one task I never enjoy but it has to be done. We tried to rattle him a little but he remained steady and helpful. The entire time we were at this dealership, we felt extremely comfortable and at ease. From the moment we walked in, James Taylor, the manager, welcomed us and always had a smile on his face. Even in the excruciating sun, he smiled as he took a picture of me with Lee and my new ride. We even got to meet the owner! Of course I forgot the title to my trade in. Lee offered to meet my husband the next day, on his day off, to retrieve it for the sale. Above and beyond! I have sent him a few texts about odds and ends as I was on that new car high. He was very helpful and gracious. After tomorrow, he will not receive any other texts from me...I promise! I am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely refer family and friends to this dealership. No agony here...until the first payment! Thank you Southfork CDJR! More
