If you bring your vehicle in for an oil change I highly recommend pulling the dipstick to verify the proper level. Mine was over serviced by at least 1 quart. When I brought to their attention they sent me recommend pulling the dipstick to verify the proper level. Mine was over serviced by at least 1 quart. When I brought to their attention they sent me on my way to only have to bring it back the next day to have them verify it again then drain out the excess oil. After much discussion and review of the events surround the oil change over service condition I am satisfied that Southfork Chrysler dealership has made the necessary changes in there maintenance operations to prevent this from happening again.
