My recent visit to Southfork Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was by far the most seamless and enjoyable experience in purchasing a vehicle that I’ve ever had. I started by researching the make and model online and by far the most seamless and enjoyable experience in purchasing a vehicle that I’ve ever had. I started by researching the make and model online and this dealership came up in my search as it had the most competitive rates in Houston. From there I reached out to them to inquire about the specifications and availability of the vehicle that the sales advisor Marshall Long was able to assist with answering my questions on the phone and from there I felt engaged to schedule an in-person visit. Upon arrival Marshall had the vehicle ready for me to see as he was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions that I had while test driving the vehicle. After discussing the price point and monthly payments that I was looking for on the vehicle then Marshall was able to work with the Sales Manager James Taylor to make things happen and close the deal. James assisted with approving the appraisal value of my vehicle that I was looking to receive as a trade in. I’ve purchased several vehicles in the past which can be long and drawn out however, this was the exact opposite where I didn’t feel pressured and felt that Southfork was trying to accommodate me as we were able to get me to my desired price point. Albert Woods the Finance Manager was exceptional as he assisted with arranging the financing and going over the terms, services and extended warranties that was offered. Again, I’ve had prior experiences at other dealerships where you can feel pressured as it feels very transactional however, Albert was patient and made this experience enjoyable and might I add we reviewed and signed all documents in 25 minutes. The Powertrain lifetime warranty provided on the vehicle is the cherry on top as this is a great warranty to have especially with the Mercedes Benz that I purchased. Overall, my experience at Southfork Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was memorable after working closely with Marshall, James and Albert. I felt more of a family type vibe at this dealership that I enjoyed as everyone seemed to work well together as I plan on doing business with them again in the future. More
As a new resident of Houston, Tx, I value the ability to build relationship in order to get business done properly. As I researched places to take my jeep for service, I decided a certified dealership wo build relationship in order to get business done properly. As I researched places to take my jeep for service, I decided a certified dealership would serve best. Unfortunately, the reviews I saw online must be directly related to the Sales Department because the employee, Ms. Jackie in the Service Department is unprofessional, unethical and doesn't care about the customer service experience beyond the daily tasks of answering the phone. What took another service center 24 hours to complete, I am still awaiting a resolve from the false narrative poorly provided by Ms. Jackie. In ethical measures, she presented $2k - $3k pricing for a repair that was covered in my warranty. In efforts to disregard the warranty, she stated that she would take measures to verify the warranty for the repair. On multiple occasions on separate dates, I contacted Ms. Jackie only to hear her state failures to contact the warranty company and false promises to contact them and reach back with a resolve. After almost two weeks, I decided to call the warranty company and the representative stated that Ms. Jackie never reached out and no one from the dealership has reached out. In fact the last call they recieved from any repair co or dealership was July 2021. This has been a frustrating experience and I truly hope that better practices are employed related to the customer service experience. Very bad job, Ms. Jackie; I'm a unsatisfied customer now. Update: Russle ,The Manager of Service Department did reach out along with the DM Henry in an attempt to resolve the issue. Thier customer service was a far cry from Jackies and they did take full responsibility for her actions. Based on our conversations, I would be willing to give this location a 2nd chance. More

Terrible experience... started out great... good communication... no pressure...once I got time to visit, I show up only to discover the vehicle I came to see is no longer available. There were lots of communications (Patrick Reilly) and lots of opportunities for that significant piece of information to be communicated. ALSO... don't believe ANY of the trade-in estimate they run for you on their website. Was given quote that was in line with KBB. Once there, trade in value was $10K less. Classic bait and switch. As far as customer service... none. Was introduced to the "B Team" from the start. Salesman (Alex Tarantino) made an obligatory intro, then disappeared. "B Team (Catalina) couldn't answer basic questions about the vehicle models and different packages. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP... they demonstrated EVERYTHING wrong with trying to purchase a new vehicle. I went in few days ago and was helped right away by Marshall. He listened to what was important to me In getting car that morning . He was very different than normal sales guy since he was very calm and didn’t try to push me for anything and provided his honest opinion. I had a time constraint and he made it fast and easy for me. I am very happy with my experience it was professional, customer service was on point, , finance made things quick easy and explained anything so needed, and I left as a car owner in no time. The finance process can be stressful almost all the tome but Bobby from finance made it painless. Everyone at merchants is fantastic at their job and I highly recommend SouthFork. More
