Also refused to provide an extra key for the vehicle when documents indicated there was a second key. Told me to buy myself a key for a "few" dollars. Later found that key costed $85.00 to $115.00. When I stated my concerns, he stated, " There is nothing I can do to help you". This salesman is only concerned with making a fast sale. Shows little concern for the customer, and has poor knowledge of products he is selling. Please be cautioned that he will deny his mistakes and place all blame on the customer. Avoid this salesman at all cost. More
