Got the same reply back 3 or 4 weeks ago when I first complained and nothing. Tony did reach out today after this review and I am sorry offering a free car wash a month later is crappy

Hi Jan, I understand your frustration, We have been talking about this for a while now. We understand the grease marks are not acceptable. What else would you like? As stated we cannot do anything about the paint, as Nissan will not cover it. That has nothing to do with us. We want nothing more than to work on your vehicle. We offered you a free detail not just a car wash. I personally wouldn't accept just a simple car wash either. We will detail the truck if that makes up for the grease marks. They will hand wash it, clean the wheels, clean all your windows inside and out, and completely detail the inside. It wont be just a quick hour long detail. If that will help make up for the grease marks ,thats what we will offer. Thank you and have a great day!
