Was told I would get the second key fob when I bought my title in on Monday. After 2 weeks of the run around ( it’s at our dealership, the weather, even Covid) asked them to buy me a promised fob. They sai title in on Monday. After 2 weeks of the run around ( it’s at our dealership, the weather, even Covid) asked them to buy me a promised fob. They said they could get me one at their price, I would have to pay for it. When I stated that from the beginning that that said they owed me a fob. I was told that there was not any paperwork saying they owed me anything. I would not deal with them again. I felt like I was lied to from the beginning, and jerked around for 2 weeks. Don’t trust them, get their promises in writing. I will be buying my second fob next week from another dealership. V. P. More

I applied and was approved for a car with a set of vin numbers and when I went to the dealership they sold me a car that I looked at a few days prior, at southlake kia. Instead of the car I was approved f numbers and when I went to the dealership they sold me a car that I looked at a few days prior, at southlake kia. Instead of the car I was approved for. The cars were different in price, different vin numbers, same exterior and interior color. Dixie P the internet car sales manager did that., I was charged for accessories that I didn’t ask for or need. Which is why I left the first time. I later decided to buy a rogue on line and had a horrible experience. This was the worst car experience of my life More
