Horrible service. They hound you to write positive reviews. When brought car in the charged me for parts for a recall without even asking. Then didn't fix recall. They also put in a new battery at triple the cost of doing it myself and told me oh well. So I had to pay to get my car back. 2 weeks later the car is smoking and wont shift gears leaving me stranded in severe weather and forcing me to pay a tow bill. Once I finally got a call back the dealership told me I had to pay first tow bill then pay to have it towed to them and it couldn not be thier fault. I paid to have it towed to hawkinson Nissan who quickly found a hose had not been clamped and it had came off. Adding it was installer error clearly without a doubt. Randy the southlake service Manger argued and said they were wrong and he won't pay to have it fixed. Finally he called hawkinson so they could educate him on the inner workings of a motor and transmission. My call back from randy was aggressive and he said they weren't wrong but he will pay IF I give him a good review. Nothing for battery I didn't want nor the tow bills and still blamed me.do not take your car to thei r service and based off poor attitude towards customers buy your cars elsewhere More
