I did not like how the Finance Manger threw the ink pen at me, when I stated that I had a Mailing address that was different from the address on my North Carolina driver license. I Really had to get my s at me, when I stated that I had a Mailing address that was different from the address on my North Carolina driver license. I Really had to get my self together on how I was going to handle signing the paper work after he threw the ink pen. When I enter the office to sign final paperwork I explained to Mr William that was very unprofessional of him to throw the ink pen at a customer. It could had went a whole different way, that he would not liked at ALL. If my salesman Michael Hegges and the Sales Manger had not had been nice in working with me to make the sale. I could have taken my check and left the dealership and purchase from another dealership. THIS NEEDS To Be ADDRESSED. More
