1-star – Avoid this dealership – Major issues with misrepresentation and trade-in handling I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia on Atlantic (11750 Abess Blvd, Jacksonville, FL) and experienced mul misrepresentation and trade-in handling I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia on Atlantic (11750 Abess Blvd, Jacksonville, FL) and experienced multiple serious problems that have left me extremely disappointed and out of pocket. Misrepresentation of add-on costs: The sales manager explicitly told us the maintenance package would add only $10–20 per month to the payment. After signing and reviewing the finance docs, it's actually $115/month—a huge discrepancy that influenced our decision to include it. When I called to address this, the finance manager dismissed it with "oh well" and refused to help. Failure to pay off trade-in: They did not promptly pay off my wife's previous financed vehicle as promised during the trade-in process. Instead, they asked for the financing company's details after the deal was done, leading to delays. This has caused ongoing issues (potential late payments/credit impact) on an account that should have been cleared quickly per Florida law. These practices feel deceptive and unprofessional. The lack of accountability from management is concerning—verbal promises not honored, add-ons inflated without clear explanation, and critical obligations like trade-in payoffs neglected. I've had to escalate with formal letters and am considering complaints to FLHSMV, the Florida AG, and BBB. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Do your homework and consider shopping elsewhere for honest, transparent service. Buyer beware. More

My Husband initially started the process on the phone with Jordan Bruschke before coming in so that no one's time was wasted. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell us something that we didn't want. We appreciate the time he put into the sale and making sure that expectations were met. We had a couple concerns that he took care of right away the next day after the sale. We will definitely return to Kia if Jordan is there in 2 years to purchase for our Son. We recommend him highly!
