There were some issues with the vehicle upon arrival the salesperson, Lindsey, had not disclosed. I consider her to be unreputable and I would not deal with her again. Excellent service from everyone at Southwest. John Carroll made things so easy for my purchase. I don’t live in Cleburne so John was able to get everything done over the phone!
