They never called to give an update on my car. Then he said it was ready Friday and no phone call till Saturday morning, if it was ready Friday why did you wash it Saturday morning? Then my door was left said it was ready Friday and no phone call till Saturday morning, if it was ready Friday why did you wash it Saturday morning? Then my door was left opened and it ran my battery and told me that was on me. I was out 220 for a new battery. I've never had this at Southwest Kia, I've always had a good experience. After this I will never go to this location again. More
