From the moment I purchased my 2025 Kia K4 in January, my experience was exceptional. Karki, my salesman, and Jonathan, the finance manager, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. One thing that stood out to me was the respect they showed me throughout the entire process. Even though I had a man with me, they always spoke directly to me as the purchaser. I felt heard, valued, and never overlooked. They took the time to answer every question I had, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Despite it being a busy Saturday, I was driving off the lot in my new car in about three hours, which was incredibly impressive. What has made me an even more loyal customer is that the outstanding service didn’t stop after the sale. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service, I’m greeted with the same kindness and professionalism. The staff always seem genuinely happy to see me, and I continue to feel appreciated as a customer. I pass several Kia dealerships and drive 30 miles just to have my vehicle serviced here, and I’ll continue to do so because of how valued they make me feel. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find, and I’m grateful for the experience every time I visit. More

My salesman, Talal, was incredibly helpful and efficient. I came in on my lunch break knowing exactly what I wanted, and after I told him, he immediately brought the car I was looking for. We took it for a test drive, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Once we returned, the finance department was just as quick and accommodating. They worked with my requests and made the buying process easy and stress-free. Overall, my experience was a 10/10. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked in.
