Since no cd player in our new Kia and NO XM channel we were promised by Karky that he would obtain an adapter so we could at least listen to our old and favorites on the XM with Sirius which was offered f were promised by Karky that he would obtain an adapter so we could at least listen to our old and favorites on the XM with Sirius which was offered free for 3 months after purchase with no way to even get it on this vehicle. He not only told us he would get the adapter but has continued to say he would and that he had ordered it and the that it was on back order and then that it must be lost in mail and re-ordered it, etc. YOU get the drift. I saved each email to PROVE his is liar and that although we have bought FIVE kias in the past and referred countless friends, co workers and relatives to this dealership including a huge amount of our retirees groups (3) we will now never recommend this dealer and in fact will tell EVERYONE including doctors, neighbors and groups we belong to (one is a huge group because I retired from full time work with The Dallas Police Department so that is a LOT of people at those meetings how shabbily we were treated and out right lied to in person, on the phone and thru numerous emails. HE avoids us like we have the plaque now because I still ask him every time we are there for a recall or maintenance about it and we still get the same song and dance. THEN we started getting callas asking us if we wanted to buy another KIA there after our last trip for Maintenance. R U KIDDING???? We will get one answer to a complaint and then we call back but never get a call back _THE only thing that will satisfy this family is OUR ADAPTER we were promised or a check for us to buy one ourselves plus installation since we were Promised by the snake oil salesman KARKY -Shelley and Morris Oliver.
